Two of the most profound experiences of my life were my surgical residency and my art/research residency. Each, in its own way, catalyzed my becoming—far beyond what I could have imagined.
As I’ve navigated the coaching, ceremonial, and creator industries, I’ve come to see that Creators, Practitioners, and Entrepreneurs don’t need another linear “program.” What their lives—and life’s work—are truly asking for is a Soul Residency.
Unlike traditional programs, a residency isn’t built on transactional guidance or pre-scripted. It’s a dedicated season of refinement—a living container for deep practice, creative emergence, and cosmic alignment – creation over curriculum, practice over process, and studio space over strategy sessions
Developed through Ryan’s doctoral research in Emerging Human Consciousness and Fine Art, shaped by over a decade of guiding, teaching, and curating within the transformational space, and enriched by a deep history of walking alongside entertainers, professional creators, and business leaders.
